The app does not work stably. Every 30 seconds reconnect.

Could not use camera. Constantly need to reconnect...

After update to ios8, the app as switched the language to china and i cannot back to the english. The data passes through the internet even if you are connected to the same lan or wi-fi with a mobile device

the app crashes, the language is only the Chinese and the connection to the camera in wifi does not go !!! place it as soon as possible! absolutely unusable !!! bad!

This new version forgot to add the IR on/off button.

Nice features, BUT it loses cameras every time it crashes. Also if you kill the app where running in background then it loses cameras too. Does the app creator have any comments about fixing this? If not then direct us to an alternative app that will work for the intended cameras!

Its a great app with camera device.

Do NOT buy this camera or use this app. Does not work on iPhone and does not work on Mac.

Very disappointed in the software and support. When it stopped they were extremely hard to contact and get any help from. Would not recommend at all.

Bought the camera and software. Full of mis-translations, broken code, and crashes. Returned the camera after I realized how bad the software was.

Was a good camera until update it will no longer work cant get logged in to it .well live and learn update destroyed a good thing one star because that is low as can go

Was working great for years. Recent update caused my cameras to disappear and crashes the app every time I try to re install the cameras. I hope the company fixes this!

Many times I add a camera on the program but it wasnt remember ID. I must add it every time at my home.
