Crashes on IOS 10 (Fixed)

Software needs to be updated to be compatible with IOS 10. Update: It now works with IOS 10.

Love my camera!

Thank you for updating!! Having this camera gives me the peace of mind to know my house is safe when Im away.

Subpar at Best

The wifi setup where it plays tones to camera doesnt work. No place to enter the code to confirm email address. Some instructions dont make sense (language barrier?).

APP works well but a few issues

APP works well but a few issues to work around Using IOS 10.0.2 on an iPhone 6s plus with EYE4 version 3.1.3. The APP works fine with only a few issues related to the initial setup of the camera that can be overcome. 1. When I first set up the camera, it could be controlled just fine when on the same WIFI as the camera, but as soon as I used only cellular data (when I was not at home), the camera was always "off line" and the camera could not be accessed. The next day, and ever since, it works fine with cellular data or home WIFI. 2. On the initial set up of the camera, using the simple acoustic setup method, I was dismayed to find that the WIFI password field only accepted alpha-numerics (0-9, A-Z, a-z), i.e., no special characters such as +, %, $, etc. So, if your WIFI password contains any special characters (as a strong password should), then you will not be able to add the camera to the APP until you change the WIFI password. Once you get the camera added you can then, at any future time, change to a different WIFI network using a separate screen for that purpose. On that screen, the special character set is accepted! 3. Its obvious that English is not the first language of the developer, which leads to some interesting texts in the APP. 4. When you enter an email address, it apparently has to be validated and it looks like this is what they call "binding". 5. The motion detection works fine, and if you allow "notifications" on the APP and phone, the notifications are delivered quickly (within seconds). However, the emails of the motion detection show up much later, in fact, sometimes a day late and sometimes not at all. 6. The time is conveniently recorded on the videos and in the emails. However, it looks like the time zone is for some place in China. It is exactly 12 hours ahead of the Eastern time zone where I am located. No place to change the time zone. 7. There is no snapshot taken and therefore none sent in a motion detection notification or email. However, if you have a micro-SD card inserted in the camera, you can access the recording for that time from your phone using the APP. However, you may not be able to access the stored video for up to approximately 15 minutes. The camera, apparently, creates saved video files only every 15 minutes (to limit the size of each), so you may need to wait that long to obtain access to the video for the time of the motion detection. 8. You can, of course, transfer the saved video files from the micro-SD card to a computer. However, the video format of the files stored on the micro-SD card is ".H264", which apparently is a ".mp4". My Windows Media Player program could not view them! I had to view them in another program (called: Any Video Converter). Other than these few issues, the APP works well and the quality is very good.

Does not work

The app does not work at all. It lets me go in but once Im in, it shows no video, it shows "connecting and disconnecting" and then it says I have the wrong password. I turned it on and off multiple times and it still shows the same thing

Need new feature

- Need an option to change date and time (for some user the date and time is not display correctly) - Need an option to set start up preset (this camera will go to its default location once restarted)

Application CRASHING

I just bought my IP camera for a waist of money that it doesnt work at all right from registering. APPLICATION KEEPs CRUSHING..! Developer should update with IOS 10 or it will never work once you update IOS...

Did everything still doesnt work

Did every which way to bind keeps kicking back that wrong password issue rechecked changed my password takes the change even got a bind successful and still no video support is worthless no return of dozens of emails asking for support Ill be sending back camera and app will be thrashed.

Crashing in iOS10

Application doesnt run. Just crashes and goes to homescreen. Appreciate fixing it soon.

App doesnt work when i leave my home network. Completely useless security camera and app

Mostly worthless

Half of the time the app either wont load the camera view. I updated the app yesterday, and I still have to shut down the app and open it back up several times before I can view anything. As far as features of the app, all the settings are written in broken English, so I cant understand anything to modify my settings. I could go on and on but this app has already wasted enough of my time. I have had nothing but trouble.

YOUR APP IS USELESS I HATE IT!!!

AS OF TODAY THE APP TAKES 12 SEC TO OPEN AND CONNECT TO CAMERAS. PRESETS DOESNT WORK. EVERY DAY ALL CAMERA GPS TO DEFAULT POSITION AUTOMATICALLY VERY BAD APPLICATION PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO MAKE IT WORK!!!

No longer works

The cameras no longer sync up with app and the wifi configuration. Please advise Update 11/10/16 STILL NOT SYNCING. PLEASE FIX. UPDATE 11/18/2016. THE CAMERAS WILL NOT SYNC OVER WIFI. I WILL BE SEEKING A REFUND NOW.

Cant log on to multiple devices after update!!!

Ever since the most recent update I havent been able to use multiple devices at once!

Bad Update for 4.0

My wife and I use this as a monitor for watching our kids. With the new update, if one of us opens the app to look at the monitor, then the other cannot log in without kicking off the other. Please fix so we can open it simultaneously on our devices without being kicked off!

The alarm doesnt work, please fix!

The alarm worked on the previous version, but since the update this week, it doesnt work at all. I tried to activate every single option and it seems to be an issue with the update because it worked fine before that. I hope this is fixed asap because that is an important function of the app that I need back.
