last update broke the app. Cant login on multiple devices and it goes to sleeping mode after a minute. Please, fix it !

The sound does not work through this app since the update. My husband and I also get kicked off if one or the other logs in. Never had these issues before. Tempted to return the cameras and go with a different brand if these issues dont get fixed ASAP!

Once upon a time, there was EyeCloud. I ran my home cameras through that app, it worked ok. EyeCloud came out with an update that, basically, made everything not work. No more EyeCloud. Switched over to using the Eye4 app. I ran my home cameras through that app, it worked ok. Eye4 came out with an update, that, basically, has made several things not work. Are these developers TRYING to make people get new systems...? Because I cant fathom how they release updates with such massive bugs/problems in them.

On behalf of all the children injured by your unreliable software...my daughter could flip herself out of her crib because your software update is so problematic and you have turned a blind eye to these reviews warning you off this...

Was working fine until this latest update. Now the gesture password doesnt work.

Problem to unlock with gesture in the last update

App worked fine for 12 hrs. Now it wont work at all. Without app can not monitor camera. They need to do a lot of work.

The feature Alarm Info stopped working and only shows the message: "this device does not support this feature". (Vstarcam f6836w indoor)

Before using, registrate your account and insert your camera first in app, after that all will be ok. Muito bom!

The software has problems to validate the account/password. It says the account doesnt exist even for an account recently recreated. You have to keep trying and eventually it goes through. The same account is valid for PC app and website app.

+1 ... Crash and then "account does not exist"...

I also have this same problem. I need create a login every time that connect and sometimes its not possible. The app shout dow several times.
