Install, found camera. In 2-3 minutes reconnecting many times. Voice is lost. Please make correct software !

Every time when I try to add my camera the app writes - invalid ID. iPhone 6S, last iOS (this bug comes after iOS 7.0 and not fixed yet).

The app its self has a good concept but.. The app doesnt even work I was setting up a account and the system failed regardless of the changes I made. If I could chose I would put 0 stars on it its annoying and pesky to set up because it just simply DOESNT WORK so over all this app is a good concept but It doesnt work its a waste

After latest update to ios10, this app keeps crashing. Plssssss urgently fix it

With new update- unable to even log in to se my cameras. This problem is typical with their updates. Once they fix it ( could be a couple of weeks) and if it works fine for you, do not update to any of their newer versions. Update: app doesnt let me log in and password retrieval does not work- also states their server has issues. * the older app on my other devices which I did not update work fine. New update: app doesnt work with iOS 10. Developer needs to stay on top of things. This happens too often. To the developers, without iOS 10 compatibility all of your products are utterly useless. It should be noted that a quality company that has multiple products that require an app for its functionality should put its resources into app development. This situation of nonfunctional system compatibility should not be tolerated- it says a lot about your company.

Used to be working well before the iOS 10 update, pls resolve it!!!

Ios10 didnt come out by surprise so why were you guys surprised and could not keep up and update your app so it works. This is a waste. The whole purpose is to view cameras remotely and I cant even do that bc the app crashes.

How was this not tested on iOS 10?

This was good until I updated my phone! Now if I am using cellular data it crashes! Kinda the point in having it so I can us while I am gone. Very unhappy! I have these great cameras that I can only use when connected to wifi! but who gets wifi all the time??? Fix this please

Please fix this app urgently. After IOS 10 your app crash in 4G network. Just in wifi I can see my camera.

I tied this app because the eye cloud app stopped working with iOS 10. Seems this one suffers the same issues if not worse because it doesnt launch at all after setup. Too bad because the cameras are pretty good. Would also be nice if the apps would allow camera with cell data but they dont.
